Well Day 1 turned out great. We had all our guests over went for a nice long walk followed by the BBQ. I made everyone else their hamburgers and hotdogs and I grilled up a nice big portobelllo mushroom. I have to say mine looked the most delicious of the group.
As well I was pleasantly surprised that everyone in the group was very excited for me and encouraging. Most of them didn't know what vegan meant so I had to do some explaining.
Today in Canada was a holiday so tomorrow is going to be the real test my first business lunch as a vegan.....
