Well Day 3 started off well with Rip's big bowl. However, when I got to work this morning I was advised that a good friend/colleague had died on the weekend from a brain aneurism. I like Char Nolan's comment in hear blog this is a philosophy and lifestyle not a diet. Given news like this morning it makes it all more important to be plant strong.
Another quote I love from leadership coach Robin Sharma is "the price of discipline is always less than the pain of regret".
