Can't believe it is Day 26, I am loving being healthy and losing weight. Like the Big Sexy my BP is significantly down into the nice normal range, my weight is coming down and I am generally feeling happier and better than I have in a very long time.
Like Dave I think for the next 28 days I want to really crank up the fruits and veggies. As well I am going to start 28 days of exercise and see how that goes. Does anyone else have any ideas for what to do in the next 28 days?

In September, I'm going to try to eat more like him - smoothies, salads, lots of fruit and veggies. What's another 28 days, right?
