Day 26

Can't believe it is Day 26, I am loving being healthy and losing weight. Like the Big Sexy my BP is significantly down into the nice normal range, my weight is coming down and I am generally feeling happier and better than I have in a very long time.

Like Dave I think for the next 28 days I want to really crank up the fruits and veggies. As well I am going to start 28 days of exercise and see how that goes. Does anyone else have any ideas for what to do in the next 28 days?

    and http://runningraw.com/blog/. He also has a couple of audiobooks, around $9 to download (itunes compatible) which I really liked. Lots of good information. In September, I'm going to try to eat more like him - smoothies, salads, lots of fruit and veggies. What's another 28 days, right?
