It will be a short post tonight, very crazy day. I had a road trip and ended up going a really really long time without food and avoided lots of temptation. Energy is very good.
I have noticed something interesting though vaguely unnerving which is the fact that my bowel movements have stopped smelling like much of anything.
Anyway sorry for the gross post.
